Originally started from Dazia's parent's living-room Rice Consulting Co. was founded in August of 2018.  Quickly emerging to the city of Greenville, South Carolina and calling it home. Since 2018 Rice Consulting Co. has consulted over 100+ small and medium sized businesses, accumulated $514M in Life Insurance and $118K in small business and personal taxes. Today, the sole focus and mission of Rice Consulting Co. is to move small and medium sized businesses forward. 

In Dazia's free time she enjoys traveling, watching and going to basketball games, going to the movies, and being with family and friends. The thing she loves most is running Greenville's Top Consulting Company.  In 2024, Rice Consulting Co. added 2 new Co-Owners, Devin Dowtin and Bridjet Russell who are Dazia's best friends along with Cherry Martin, who serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
